The mission of the new three-person management team is to ensure that all MVSA’s projects achieve their maximum potential. The starting point is to created advanced and sustainable solutions with architectural significance. These should also blend seamlessly into their environment, so users can experience additional functional and emotional value. MVSA Architects has offices in the Netherlands, Switzerland and Spain.

Wouter Thijssen has worked at MVSA Architects since 2003. In that time, his responsibilities have included the award-winning design of Rotterdam Central Station, the iconic and recently completed headquarters for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger in Amsterdam Houthavens. and the new World Trade Center in Utrecht, which is currently under construction and which will have the proud claim of being the first WELL-certified project to be completed in the Netherlands.

Charlotte Griffioen joined MVSA Architects in 2009. Charlotte’s portfolio includes the award-winning Juliana Children’s Hospital in The Hague, a floating rail footbridge in Hilversum and the Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschenhage, the country’s largest shopping mall.

Roberto Meyer founded the office in 1984 under the name MVSA Meyer and Van Schooten Architects. It subsequently gained international fame with projects such as the ING House in Amsterdam’s Zuidas. Since 2013, Roberto Meyer has led the new-look office alone under the name MVSA Architects.
