Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the business development team; define and implement a clear commercial strategy.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients, developers, investors, and public stakeholders.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, with a strong focus on international markets.
- Develop and execute strategic market expansion plans in line with MVSA’s vision.
- Coordinate tenders, pitches, and strategic collaborations with (international) partners.
- Represent MVSA Architects at international events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Work closely with the board, design teams, and marketing to enhance the firm’s global positioning.
Your Profile
- 7–10 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within architecture, real estate, or design industries.
- Demonstrated success in international business growth and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for architecture, design, and innovation.
- Ability to translate creative vision into commercial success.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or other languages is an advantage.
