Charlotte Thomas of de Architect describes Crossroads:

"Spanning over 30,000 square meters, Crossroads is set to become one of the largest residential buildings in Amsterdam to be delivered in 2025. Located in the Sloterdijk Station Quarter, the project addresses the area’s densification needs while aligning with the municipality’s sustainable and green ambitions.

The development features a 90-meter-high residential tower on one side of the railway, connected via an underpass beneath the Hemboog railroad line to a 45-meter-high residential complex on the opposite side.

Project developer To Be Developed is creating student housing with social rental units for the Lieven de Key housing foundation. Additionally, the project includes mid-rent and free-market apartments. Beyond housing, Crossroads will also offer commercial facilities, including a supermarket.”
