Our special design of the building is characterized by the oblique shapes of the prefab concrete elements in the facades and the associated twisted balcony railings. There are three large patios within the building, so that the houses also receive daylight on that side. Moreover, the residential block is special because of the combination of sloping balconies and privacy screens with turned balcony fences in between.
