April 21st, Via G&S Vastgoed start ontwikkeling The Campus op Park 20|20 te Hoofddorp – G&S Vastgoed (gensvastgoed.nl)
G&S Vastgoed will develop the remaining lots at Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp in collaboration with VolkerWessels. This is the start of the already elaborated development plan of 'The Campus'. The Campus consists of a total of approx. 37,000 m² LFA office space, divided over five office buildings.
In addition to a BREEAM Excellent certification, the buildings will also be developed on the basis of the RE\DEFINE Real Estate philosophy: the new standard for a safe, healthy and productive office environment. In order to achieve a perfect balance between man and his environment, the ancient Chinese 'Feng Shui' philosophy has been integrated into the design of the buildings. Sustainability, greenery and the well-being of people are central to The Campus.
The offices are being developed in phases, with the construction of 'Water' and 'Fire' expected to start at the end of this year. Water is approximately 6,600 m² LFA and has cascading terraces that run down the floors like a waterfall. Fire is characterized by two large atria and comprises approximately 6,800 m² LFA. Both buildings are designed by MVSA Architects. Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten has been appointed as commercial advisor.
