It was an informative afternoon with presentations, a construction site visit, and a few drinks.
We want to thank Caroline Brunekreef from ProRail for her presentation on the opportunities and considerations regarding building near public transport facilities in the growing number of densifying urban city centers. We also want to thank Freke Schalken of Team MVSA for her presentation on Crossroads, an innovative project near Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station currently under construction, which served as a perfect case study for Caroline's presentation.
Following the presentations, we went on a site visit to Crossroads, where we took a look at the great progress being made on both towers.
And, of course, we just had to end the day with a 'borrel' back at MVSA HQ!
