New Babylon is a finalist for the Euro-region for CTBUH Best Tall Building Award 2013
New Babylon in The Hague is the successful culmination of a spectacular transformation of a closed and introverted 1970s building into a modern, 21st-century high-rise. It has been in full operation again since 2012. It is a prime example of how residential, commercial and recreational usage can be integrated into a single building. We started on New Babylon's renovation when we won the contract to redesign and expand the building in 2003.
