First WELL Building Standard certificate in the Netherlands for WTC Utrecht

Great news! According to CBRE Global Investors and BAM Bouw en Techniek, WTC Utrecht is the first office building in the Netherlands to which the WELL Building Standard certificate will be awarded. The Well Building certificate is given by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) and makes it clear that the building meets the highest standards for the health and welfare of future users.
