Organised by Bilan and SVIT Romandie, the Prix de l’immobilier romand recognises outstanding real estate projects across French-speaking Switzerland. The 2026 edition received a record 62 entries and brought together more than 300 professionals at the award ceremony at Théâtre de Beausobre in Morges on 29 September.

Located at the entrance to Signy Park, the new Tag Heuer headquarters gives the site a distinctive architectural identity and a strong presence along the regional road. The building forms part of a developing business district, with good connections to public transport, roads and surrounding amenities.

MVSA designed the building with the identity and ambitions of Tag Heuer in mind. The architecture combines a dynamic façade with a clear and contemporary expression, creating a recognisable headquarters for the brand while providing a flexible and comfortable working environment.

The building is organised across five levels around a central core, with flexible floorplates that can accommodate different ways of working. The architectural design focuses on clarity, adaptability and daylight, while carefully integrating the building’s technical requirements.

Sustainability was an integral part of the project. The building is Minergie certified and incorporates measures aimed at reducing energy use and supporting comfortable working conditions.

The jury highlighted the project’s combination of dynamic architecture, carefully articulated façades and a coherent expression of the Tag Heuer identity. The project also received a strong response in the public vote, achieving a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.

While the interior design was developed by CCHE, MVSA was responsible for the architecture of the building.
