Wonderwoods in Utrecht has been nominated for the Rietveld Prize 2026 and is one of nine projects eligible for the DUIC Public Award.
Designed by MVSA Architects and Stefano Boeri Architetti, and developed by G&S& (VolkerWessels), Wonderwoods brings architecture and nature together in the centre of Utrecht. The two towers combine housing, offices and public amenities with an extensive vertical landscape of trees, plants and green terraces.
The Rietveld Prize is Utrecht’s biennial architecture award, recognising projects that contribute to the architectural quality of the city. While the Rietveld Prize winner is selected by a jury, the DUIC Public Award is decided by public vote.
