Last Friday was a day of celebration at the EDGE Eindhoven construction site. Together with a large group of project partners we celebrated reaching the highest point of the new EDGE Eindhoven office building. A milestone that shows what is possible when innovative partners, construction specialists, and the city of Eindhoven join forces to set a new sustainable standard for living and working.

The Amsterdam University Library has officially opened its doors to students, researchers, and staff. Designed by MVSA Architects in collaboration with Buro Van Stigt, the project transforms two national monuments into a vibrant and sustainable academic hub at the historic Binnengasthuisterrein.

We are excited to announce that construction has officially begun on Delta Electronics' new EMEA headquarters at Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp.

Designed by MVSA Architects and Stefano Boeri Architetti, Wonderwoods is a pioneering vertical forest and mixed-use complex located in the heart of Utrecht’s Beurskwartier. It combines more than 400 homes, nearly 15,000 m² of office space, and a wealth of facilities—including hospitality spaces, coffee bars, a restaurant, and sports facilities—all wrapped in a lush green façade of over 360 trees and more than 9,600 plants.

Last Wednesday, developer G&S& delivered the mixed-use project Wonderwoods, designed by MVSA Architects and Stefano Boeri Architetti, to the ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund and ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund, officially marking the project's completion.

Significant strides are being made at the construction site of the UvA University Library. The scaffolding in the newly realized atrium has been removed, unveiling the one-of-a-kind atrium tree, which sturdily supports the beautiful, faceted glass roof.

We are excited to announce that even before Wonderwoods' completion, the entire 14,700 square meters of office space and 1,000 square meters of gym have been rented to a total of seven companies. The green office tower – highlighted by a vertical forest of over one hectare and over 80,000 square metres of living and office space – was designed by MVSA Architects.

Wonderwoods, the tallest environmentally friendly building in The Netherlands, has achieved a significant milestone by reaching its highest point. Yesterday, in the presence of the developer G&S&, the architects, the Wonderwoods Construction Consortium, and all invited guests, Utrecht alderman Eelco Eerenberg gave the signal to commence the building's topping out ceremony. As part of the I Light U festival, themed Urban Transformation, the Wonderwoods facade was specially illuminated with light art.
